9/14: From Honeybees to Honey

Honey is an enchanting superfood. Most of us love it, but how much do we REALLY know about honey? Frank M., a Cornell University Certified Master Beekeeper and owner of Frank’s Honey, will take us on an exploration of bees, flowers, nectar and how they create the ONLY food that will never spoil!

We will learn about different types of honey, its many forms, and sample & compare a variety of honey. This will be one workshop you don't want to miss . . the legendary world of Bees & Honey!

10/12: Cheese 101

Experience the world of artisanal cheeses in a whole new way with Britt, a cheese aficionado and owner of The B’s Cheese. She will delve into new flavor profiles, what makes them unique & of course a delicious cheese tasting.

11/9: Cuban Hungarian Fusion . . . What’s that!?

We're teaming up with Gus from Cubita Cafe to bring you Kurly Kone flights! Gus, a fine dining chef who is classically trained, will showcase his modern Cuban dishes through demos and tastings. We will enjoy an assortment of savory fillings paired with our freshly baked kurly kones.

Join us for a unique blend of Hungarian and Latin European flavors that will leave you craving more!

12/14: The Art of Mozzarella Making (Demo)

With Sal P., a cheese artisan maker, the founder of Jersey Artisan Co.. They source local ingredients, work in small batches and utilize artisanal techniques from Southern Italy. Sal will demonstrate the process of creating mozzarella from scratch, starting with farm fresh milk. Afterwards, you will sample this masterpiece, plus other housemade dips, spreads & more.
